INTRODUCTION

Through its Platform, CVBU TLER TECH, LLC (“OPTIMUS,” “we,” “us,” “our”) facilitates prompt communication between you (“end user,” “you,” your”) and your Property Management Companies, Concierge, and Third-Party Service Providers. Through our Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we strive to achieve strong privacy protection for use of our Platform, and for end users and their respective authorized parties to retain control of their Personal Data (“Personal Data”). OPTIMUS does not engage in selling end users’ data or employ such data for marketing purposes.
This Policy delineates the Practices and Policies under which OPTIMUS makes use of Personal Data of the Residents who use our OPTIMUS Platform (“Platform”), or applications or products that link to this Policy.

UPDATES
Supplemental policy materials documents that may be posted on the Platform from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to the Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Policy and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Aside from material changes to the policy, of which you will be notified as required by applicable law, it is your responsibility to periodically review the Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised terms in this Policy by your continued use of the Platform.

SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
We employ technical and physical commercially reasonable practices and measures to help protect Personal Data from theft, misuse, destruction or alteration, fraud, disclosure, loss, and unauthorized access.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
In order to use the Platform, we may ask you to provide information, such as name, email address, unit number, telephone and/or mobile number. You can choose not to provide information to us directly, but some of this information is required for registering with the Platform or requesting services from Property Management or Concierge through the Platform.
We will never ask to collect private or sensitive information. If you become aware of such practices, please contact us via email at privacy@optimusbutler.com. NEVER enter private or sensitive information into the Platform.
Personal Data obtained from you or Property Management staff may be used and disclosed for the following purposes; any activities that are necessary to support our contractual obligations to the Property Management customers servicing your residence(s); sending you content and communications that you have requested or which are necessary to support our contractual obligations to you; prevention of illegal or prohibited activities; to perform activities which are necessary to perform our legal obligations, such as enforcing, assessing and managing legal claims, performing administrative, auditing and accounting tasks, responding to requests for information by judicial authorities and competent law enforcement agencies; in the event of a proposed or actual change in control of OPTIMUS; and to further your anti-fraud protection. All other proposed uses and disclosures of Personal Data shall be communicated with you and shall be subject to your consent. We shall retain all Personal Data we receive as described in this Policy for as long as you use our Platform or as long as necessary to fulfill the designated tasks for which such data was collected.

COLLECTION OF DATA FROM CHILDREN
Our Platform is intended for use of adults over 18 or otherwise sui juris in accordance with applicable law. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of eighteen (18) or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction. ACCESSING AND MANAGING PERSONAL DATA
You may formally request to access to your collected Personal Data and seek amendment or deletion of inaccurate Personal Data. We will review each request in accordance with applicable law. In order to better protect you, we will verify your identity before granting access to or making any changes to your Personal Data. When submitting your request, please include your full name and email address associated with your Account, and a detailed description of your data request. If Personal Data contains legal privilege or proprietary information, if release of such data would compromise others’ privacy or other legitimate rights, or where the burden or expense of resources in providing access to such data would be disproportionate to the risks to your privacy, we may be unable to provide access to your Personal Data. In all cases, we will undertake good-faith efforts to provide you with access to our collected Personal Data and will provide you with notice and an explanation in cases where such access is not provided.

COOKIES AND LOCATION DATA
Our use of Cookies facilitates your use of the Platform by allowing you access to our sites, services, applications, and tools; by recognizing and remembering your preferences and passwords; by helping to identify irregular site behavior, prevent fraudulent activity and improve security; by allowing you to make use of our functions or for purposes of Platform performance assessment. We also may collect and process information about your actual location, using various technologies to determine location including IP address, GPS and other sensors in order to tailor our services to you. You may refuse or disable cookies and automatic location processing by adjusting your mobile device settings. If you choose to refuse, disable, or delete these technologies, some of the functionality of the Services may no longer be available to you.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Some of the services may contain links to content maintained by third parties. We do not control the privacy practices of these third parties and they are not covered by this Policy. We recommend that you visit the privacy policies of any third-party content that you visit. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
